Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour, baking powder, and protein powder.
- In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, eggs, and honey or maple syrup until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Scoop about two tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown; let cool slightly before enjoying.
